I've been locked out so many times! Something is definitely wrong I need this App and I just can't get back in! Ugh Ok so here it is 2022 and I still can't get into this App almost lost my BCBS 😫 because I couldn't get in to change my payment option because my bank account got stolen. OMG why can't you help me with this App First edit was in 2020
Does not allow me to change my password when even when I change my login ID. May allow me to change things but doesn't recognize them
BullS my 5 year old son could have built a better app than this pice of you know what
It let me log in and than kicked me out said I have to go to my benefits in my browsers to see my stuff
